Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your merchant account.
01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Poorab Solutions platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform. We provide the infrastructure for local businesses to create, manage, and deliver orders.
02Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant on Poorab Solutions, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your business and products.
- Maintaining valid payment information through Stripe.
- Complying with local food safety and retail regulations.
- Fulfilling orders in a timely and professional manner.
03Payments and Fees
Poorab Solutions operates on a subscription-based model. We do not charge per-order commissions. However, standard Stripe processing fees apply to all digital transactions. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
04DoorDash Drive Integration
Our delivery services are powered by DoorDash Drive. By enabling delivery, you agree to DoorDash's Merchant Terms. Poorab Solutions acts as an intermediary for logistics coordination but is not responsible for the actual delivery performance of Dasher personnel.
05Data Ownership
Unlike traditional marketplaces, you own 100% of your customer data. Poorab Solutions will not market to your customers or share your sales data with competitors. We provide the tools; you own the relationship.
